I'm Chloe, a Kent based girl with a background as a Producer within the world of Reality Entertainment Television and Event Planning for Live broadcast. I've worked with the likes of Neyo, Rita Ora, Mo Gilligan, Big Narstie, Wim Hof - So I'm very adaptable to last minute requests so don't worry if you're in full diva mode around the day of your wedding. I'll be here to help.
I've created the Dates & 'Final Epic Dates' on LOVE ISLAND, I've come up with Dingo Dollar ideas for I'M A CELEBRITY GET ME OUT OF HERE and I've made those crazy tasks and secret missions for BIG BROTHER happen. Other shows include The Only Way Is Essex, I kissed a Boy & Beauty and The Geek to name a few.
Creativity is in my bones & I'm here to make sure your wedding day goes to plan - just as a live TV show would.
After 10 years working with Celebrities I've realised I'm pretty damn good at planning and making things work underpressure; You're in safe hands.
On The Day provides a Wedding Coordinating service for your special day - AKA I'm your right hand girl for anything you may need leading up to the wedding and on the day. There's no ask too big or too small.. So you can have a stress free I do.
Couple of things I can do for you...

I become your point of contact for all your suppliers from 4-8 weeks prior to the wedding.

I become your point of contact on the day for entertainment, florists, photographers - I can do the hellos & goodbyes so you can chat to your besties.

I'm here for you two! Whether that's setting up in the morning, packing away tables at the end of the night or the next day, putting out last minute drinks, running to the shops for forgotten items, walking your dog down the aisle or holding your bridesmaid lippy's for that last minute top up gloss. We can chat about what I can do to make your lives easier.

INITIAL HOOK UP
Our first meet up! Most people choose a zoom but if you prefer we can meet in person. Let's chat everything wedding! My priority is to get to know you guys as a couple, what the dream wedding is looking like, what stage of planning you're at & what you would like from me.
PLANNING, LOCATION & SUPPLIER TAKEOVER MEETING - 4-8 weeks prior to the wedding
We will run through the running order including timings of the day and chat through in detail what you've planned. I will then take ownership and I will reach out to all suppliers to let them know I will be their point of contact for the day of the wedding and from this point (if you wish)
ON WITH THE SHOW!
ON THE DAY COORDINATION - Based on a 10 hour day. Tailored to your schedule.
I'm all yours, whereever you want me. I'm your right hand girl, your PA, your hype women and voice of reason - calming those nerves.
From the morning of your wedding I can lay out breaky for the girls, meet florists, photographers, videographers, singers or bands that might be arriving. Show them the parking, make sure they've they're fed and watered, do the hello's to your guests, pour welcome drinks, last minute table dressings, direct people to their seats, steam the dresses, hold onto bags, lippy's & phones. Hold the umbrellas over your bridesmaids, be in charge of your morning playlist, making sure there's enough prosecco in, follow you down the aisle with your dog. I'll go check on your man and groomsmen, make sure they've got the rings, speeches, etc. I'll help you all make sure you're running to time and relay to the venue, so there's no panics and no dramaaazzz
I'll be with you on hand for anything you may need help with up until the first dance.

ANY EXTRA MEMBER OF STAFF - £35 PER HOUR
